Kim is the most talented photographer I have ever met. She can quickly find the perfect lighting in a random space and capture the moment so beautifully. As an awkward bride, it was so helpful that she directed me and knew how to pose me to get the best pictures. We got married on 10.08.2021 and she had an album of sneak peek pictures ready for us the very next day. The pictures are absolutely amazing, I couldn't be happier. I am so excited to see the rest! First of 5/5 stars and highly recommend! We live overseas and she was very willing to work with our time zone and do a zoom planning call. The day of the wedding she was prepared and I loved how much direction she gave us. I don't know how to pose and I didn't have specific looks in mind. She did a great job of pulling the best look out of everyone and giving us lots of options. We highly recommend her!

I could not be more thrilled with the job that Kim Dean did on our wedding day. Not only does she have a fantastic eye for incredible shots she is beyond great to work with. She was so personable, giving us excellent posing suggestions that did not in any way feel forced which definitely comes out through the photos since we were so comfortable - they are naturally beautiful! After only receiving my sneak peeks I am in awe over the quality of the images. I was having some regret that I didn’t hire a videographer however I am confident that Kim’s beautiful photos will let me relive our perfect day for a lifetime.

I've been a Baltimore wedding photographer for 10 years. Established in 2015, I began shooting small budget weddings with just one mid-frame camera and one flash. Fast forward to NOW... three cameras, 6 lenses, four strobes, and years of knowledge under my belt... it's been a heck of a ride. I've shot well over 200 weddings as well as served a few hundred couples with engagement sessions and elopement photography!

what is the experience of working with you?
I pour my heart and soul into any wedding day, as should be the case for all wedding photographers. The experience involves my execution of the images you crave with intention and strategic planning. Every wedding requires different methods to achieving your desired results. I take this very seriously, especially by developing a solid timeline to keep you stress free and enjoying your entire wedding rather than feeling rushed. Padding time to assure you're taken care of and your needs are met is a prime priority. Furthermore, I'm fantastic with people, enjoy helping everyone feel comfortable in front of my lens, and carry a sense of humor, always.
will you travel?
Absolutely! Although I love working as a Maryland wedding photographer, I will travel anywhere! Some of my favorite destination wedding photography and engagement photography locations have been Puerto Rico, Jamaica, and Green River, Utah. I love adventure and seeing new places. If a destination wedding is on the table, I am all ears to see how we can make it work.
How soon will we see our wedding pictures?
I proudly guarantee that all wedding couples receive a bare minimum of a dozen sneak peek images within 48 hours. I LOVE the process of loading up the images shortly after the wedding to get rolling on the editing and really bringing the images to life!
