When it comes to Maryland Wedding Venues… it can be a challenging task to find one that truly checks off all of your boxes… AND has your wedding date available. But, Cait and Andrew found a diamond in the ruff when they came across Deer Creek Preserve…

With stunning scenery, cabin accommodations (yes you can stay the weekend for your wedding in their cabins), a whimsical woodsy vibe, AND also the fact that dogs are always welcome… well, that sealed the deal for Cait and Andrew.

“We were able to dress up the arch way with flowers and the macrame to give a true boho vibe. With the whole venue itself, I loved that we were able to make everything the way we wanted and how it was an open slate that we were able to decorate the way we wanted.” – Cait

Deer Creek Preserve, one of the newer Maryland wedding venues of the past few years, began offering weddings in 2018. The owners decided the property would serve couples perfectly with the cabins, scenic views, reception lodge, pavilion, and plenty of parking and land for gathering for 150 plus guests! There’s a pool, miles of hiking trails, as well as their breathtaking woodland amphitheater. When I first saw this Ampitheater decorated, especially with the strings of cascading lights, my eyes about popped out of my head!
